I loved that World's most Carioca Pacena. It conjures up the image of two fantastic visions: La Paz and its imposing Illimni, cold thin air sweeping across its streets from El Alto all the way down to Sopocachi, Obrajes, Calacoto, like a Quena falt music, and Rio's ever sunny joyful landscape but still as romantic as the tones of Vinicius de Moraes and Tom Jobim!
